The location is very convenient with parking available. The booking system is easy and fast. Best of all, the customer service was excellent—especially from José. He took the time to help us choose, explained everything clearly, and made us feel truly appreciated when we left.

Doctor Christiansen is very thorough. There's a wide variety of frames to choose from. Office staff is very patient with the customers they help. I've been going to them for years and they continue to be my #1 choice for optometry.

I had gone in there twice to have the arm on my glasses fixed. I wasn't even a customer at the time. They had absolutely no problem fixing them for me and charged me ZERO. And everybody there seems to just want to be helpful. So when it was time for my next exam, I went to them. I feel this is the first time in a while that I got really good info and feed back on what's going on. They are my optometrist place forever now.

I've been a customer here for over 30 years and had to change optometrists. They no longer carry Chrome Hearts (and other luxury brands) due to a change in ownership. The staff is amazing, but if you are looking for the higher end frames you may need to go elsewhere.

Dr. Christensen is a community treasure. His professionalism and real empathy for his patients is such a welcome relief in today’s world.
